About us

The focus is on transparency from a qualitative and quantitative aspect.

Our vision

In a nutshell :

Our vision for Impact Philanthropy is to bridge the gap between funders and charitable causes by creating a two-way street of giving and taking, where mutual respect and empathy thrive.

We believe that philanthropy should not only impact the lives of the recipients, but also the lives of the funders in a meaningful way.

To achieve this vision, we strive to gather a clear understanding of the provision and utilization of resources, advise recipients based on their needs, and match resources with causes.

We aim to bring transparency to the entire system of giving and build trust between funders and recipients, while providing consistent and persistent follow-up to ensure effective growth.

We will utilize new technology to support philanthropy and humanize the process of giving.

Our approach to philanthropy is not just from a business perspective, but from a human perspective. We want to contribute to the art of giving by creating a better society in the 3rd millennium.

a bit more developed :

To put it simply, Impact Philanthropy is philanthropy that makes an impact.

But, let us step back.

There is no dearth of funders and people willing to undertake philanthropic activities. And surely, there are many charitable causes. There is demand and supply, and clearly a very big market. Yet, the two don’t seem to meet often. One of the reasons is the absence of satisfaction at the end of donors, who probably felt that mere donation of resources is not enough, it has to be for a cause that matters, to the correct recipient who really needs the resources and will utilize them appropriately, and that there is accountability, responsibility and the like. In a nutshell, there was a vacuum for philanthropic activities that touch the lives of people to change them for the better and in a manner that the better lives can be sustained and further create a chain reaction.

Like any other investment, there is a meaningful return that is expected.

While one may say that impact philanthropy is the only kind of philanthropy, there is no denying that it does carry a unique set of obligations and expectations. If we look at it closely, the road between the donors and recipients is filled with filters. Some are economic, others are social, cultural, political and even personal.

When it comes to philanthropy, there is an inherent assumption that there is a giver and a receiver. It would be crucial to delve into the truth of this assumption. Partially, yes, for sure, there is a giver and a receiver. But, is there only one giver and only one receiver? If impact philanthropic activities were distinguished from other philanthropic activities based on the impact that the donor perceives, is there nothing that the donor receives? Is this not a two-way street? Is there no mutual benefit?

A possible gap is the absence of appreciation by both sides of the other end of the spectrum. Each side can learn about themselves more when they try to learn about the others.

The idea behind philanthropy is to be able to make the world a better place, together.

But how is it even possible if we don’t know each other? The keystone is respect for and acceptance of the other. There has to be an appreciation of what the recipient had and lost and now, needs. There has to be an appreciation of where the funder stand and how their resources can best be used. To achieve the best results, there cannot be two parallel giving and taking routes, there has to be a crossing of paths and walking together. The aim is to be able to share resources, knowledge, learnings and teachings, and contribute to the growth of humanity as a whole where respect and empathy can thrive.

At Impact Philanthropy Advisors, we intend to bridge this gap, in our own small way.

The idea is to support the gathering of a clear understanding of the provision and utilisation of resources.

To be able to advise the recipients by understanding their needs and their path to overcome their shortfalls. To be able to assist in matching the resources and the causes.

To be able to bring transparency to the whole framework and system of giving.

To be able to build trust so there is satisfaction at both ends.

To help in consistent and persistent follow-up and achieve effective growth.

To help in making the best use of technology to support philanthropy.

To be able to humanize the process of giving.

To be able to contribute to the art of giving not just from a business perspective, but from a human perspective.

To be able to make an IMPACT for a better society in the 3rd millennium.
